Return and Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to request a return. After 30 days, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.
• All original packaging must be included.

To start a return, email us at support@tr3kgear.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Gift cards
• Limited release or final sale items

We require a receipt or order confirmation email to complete any return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get an email confirming it. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few days.

If the return is denied, we’ll reach out with next steps.

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
