We use USPS Standard shipping. Delivery time is typically 6-9 business days.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. If you’re exchanging an item, you’ll also need to cover shipping for the new item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund total.
If you’re returning an item worth over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping method or adding insurance. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive returned items without tracking.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or edited. If your order has already been processed, you'll be covered under our Return and Refund Policy
We do not ship outside of the United States at this time. Unfortunately we are not able to ship to Guam, APO, FPO. or DPO addresses at this time.
Please report all packages as missing or lost within 1 week of the expected delivery date. You can report a package as missing by filling out our Contact Us form.
If a package is reported as missing > 1 week after expected delivery date, you will be asked to file a claim with the postal carrier and we cannot guarantee a replacement. If you can, please ask your neighbors if they have seen the package before contacting customer service. If you still haven't found the package, please reach out via our Contact Us form and we will let you know of next steps.
